Refund policy

Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

• Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale or using a coupon code (unless damaged or defective).

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at campuscart057@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and address.

3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
